Anyang General International Cooperation was founded in 1986 and is one of the earliest modern enterprises engaged in the production and design of aluminum panel mesh curtain walls, aluminum panel mesh ceilings, steel mesh, perforated mesh, and safety grating in China.

Our company has advanced production machinery for aluminum grating and has participated in many large-scale projects, accumulating years of production and design experience. We have unique insights into the splicing and framing of aluminum panel mesh. Steel grating can produce grating sheets up to 4 meters wide and 15mm thick, with a length of up to 6m+. This fills a gap in the steel mesh market. Perforated grating can be made from 0.2mm to 20mm thick, Our safety grating has our company’s unique mold, which can bear three times the load of other similar products in the market.

What is safety grating/grating plank

Grating plank can be made of various metal materials, such as iron plates, galvanized plates, aluminum plates, stainless steel plates, and others. After processing and forming, iron plates can undergo surface treatments such as electroplating and hot-dip galvanizing, which provide excellent anti-corrosion effects and prolong the product’s service life. Stainless steel plates can be polished, and aluminum plates can undergo anodization, allowing safety grating to combine practicality with aesthetics.

how we make safety grating

1. CNC Punching

The first step in the production of safety grating is the use of a CNC punching machine to punch holes into metal sheets. This step involves the use of specialized tools and software to accurately and precisely punch holes in the metal sheets according to the desired pattern and dimensions.

2. Cutting and Bending

After perforating the holes, the metal sheet is cut and bent to the required size and shape. The shearing machine uses a pair of blades to cut the sheet along a straight line, while the press brake applies a force to bend the sheet at a specified angle. The angle and dimension of the bend are controlled by adjusting the position of the die and the pressure exerted by the press brake.

3. Welding

Once the metal sheets have been cut and bent to the required shape, they are welded together to form the safety grating. This process typically involves using a welding machine that applies heat and pressure to fuse the metal sheets together. The welding machine can use various welding techniques such as resistance welding, gas welding, or arc welding, depending on the specific application and requirements of the safety grating.

4. Forming

The final step in the production process is forming the safety grating into the desired shape. This can be achieved using a variety of machines and techniques, such as roll forming, stamping, or press forming. Roll forming involves passing the safety grating through a series of rollers to gradually shape it into the desired profile. Stamping and press forming involves using a die and a press to shape the safety grating through a single operation.
