Physical Cleaning Method

This method uses hand tools and mechanical force to remove various types of dirt from the stainless steel plank grating, without changing the cleaning method of the dirt components. In other words, this is a method that does not change the original chemical composition of the dirt. Mainly, mechanical cleaning, sweeping scraper cleaning, drill rod cleaning, and shot blasting cleaning.

Electronic Cleaning Method

The principle of this method for removing scale from stainless steel safety grating is to use a high-frequency electric field to transform the molecular structure of water, preventing scale and dirt. When water passes through a high-frequency electric field, its physical structure changes. The connected chain-like macromolecules are broken down into single water molecules. The positive and negative ions of salt in the water are surrounded by single water molecules, reducing their movement speed. This reduces the number of effective collisions, reduces electrostatic attraction, and prevents the formation of structures on the surface of the heated tube, thereby achieving the purpose of anti-fouling of stainless steel plank grating. At the same time, due to the increased dipole moment of water molecules, the force to absorb positive and negative ions (scale molecules) of salt is increased, making the scale on the heated surface or stainless steel plank grating become soft and easy to remove, achieving the effect of removing scale.

Electrostatic Anti-scaling Method

The principle of this method for removing scale from stainless steel plank grating is the same as that of electronic scaling removal. The purpose of anti-scaling and scaling removal is achieved by changing the state of water molecules, and the latter uses the effect of electrostatic fields instead of electrons. The detailed mechanism uses the polarity of water molecules (also called dipoles). When water dipoles pass through an electrostatic field, each water dipole is arranged in order of positive and negative.

If the water in which the stainless steel plank grating is immersed contains dissolved salt, the positive and negative ions will be surrounded by water dipoles and they will also be arranged in order of positive and negative in the water dipole group. They cannot move by themselves, so they cannot approach the wall of the pipeline (equipment). Then, it deposits on the wall of the pipeline (equipment) to form scale. At the same time, the oxygen released into the water will produce a particularly thin oxide layer on the wall of the pipe, which can prevent the stainless steel plank grating from being corroded.
